You might remember this post regarding my €60 fine with the Athens Metro. Well, it’s officially been two months and I still haven’t heard anything. Do you think that means I’m off the hook? That must be what it means, right?
I sort of like the idea of an entire committee convening to discuss whether or not a fine should be paid, but if it’s all the same to them, I’d rather not pay.
I had the best of intentions, after all, and a kazillion other people made the same mistake.
Wouldn’t it be awesome if someone invented an intentions detector?
